User Centred Design
We're bound to think so but boy are we good at this stuff!
User-centred design is at the heart of what we do at Appius, like safety to Volvo and innovation to Dyson. This is a philosophy which can be used for the design of all on-line experiences. The method relies upon the users' experience, their capabilities and expectations to be taken into account at every design decision.
The tools of a user-centred designers' trade are techniques such as user profiling, user requirements, user scenarios, site structures, use cases, functionality prototyping and basically anything else that helps you get into the head of a user. What's great about our approach though is we can do as much or as little of it as your budget can handle but we will always recommend you start with the user in mind however small the project.
